Meet Our Design Team

Our Design Team is made up of passionate, experienced professionals who are here to help bring your ideas to life. They’ll guide you through aesthetics, color choices, current design trends, and spatial planning to ensure every detail works in harmony.

  • Steve has 36 years of diverse work experience in fields such as design, business development, sales, management, and operations. This wide breadth of experience enables him to help his clients fully explore their ideas and needs, developing innovative solutions to turn those ideas into reality.

    Rounding out his approach with high energy and an incredible level of creativity, Steve has developed a long list of happy clients with whom he has developed lasting friendships.

    In his free time, Steve enjoys a well-earned nap and going on weekend getaways with his wife, especially to one of their favorite spots, Half Moon Bay.

  • With 19 years at Precision Cabinets, Jake brings a deep, hands-on understanding of the business from the ground up. He started in our nailing department and worked his way through multiple departments, including 3 different engineering departments. This diverse experience allows him to connect the technical side of our products with real-world customer needs, delivering practical solutions and strong results.

    Outside of work, Jake takes every opportunity to get on the mountain snowboarding or spend time fly fishing. He’s also a proud father of five daughters and two granddaughters. When he’s not working, you’ll often find him coaching travel softball for his 13 and 15 year-old daughters, a role he cares about just as much as his professional one.

  • Richard began his career in Precision’s Production department, where he worked on a wide range of projects and gained hands‑on knowledge of the company’s production processes and builder partnerships. After two years, he transitioned into the Custom Sales Engineering Department, immersing himself in the technical side of custom cabinetry and developing a deep understanding of its design and construction.

    As his expertise grew, Richard advanced to the role of Custom Design Consultant within the Custom Sales Department, where he continues to bring creative solutions and technical insight to clients’ unique projects.

    When he’s not at work, Richard enjoys spending time outdoors at the grill cooking up meals for his family. And on quieter days, you’ll find him relaxing on the couch or sketching new ideas.

  • With over 30 years of design experience, Sean has created thousands of custom spaces tailored to his clients' unique needs and visions. He encourages clients to share their ideas openly, then guides them through the design process—helping turn concepts into functional, beautiful spaces that align with their lifestyle, space, and budget.

    Outside of work, Sean stays active by playing competitive soccer and supporting his children in their pursuits, attending his son's water polo matches and his daughters' dance competitions.

  • Don’s love for crafting inspired him to start up his own cabinetry business where he developed a deep understanding of the technicalities of the trade. Joining our team 26 years ago, Don has seen great success in multiple roles at Precision, including Assistant Production Manager, Custom Applications Manager, Product Development Manager, Closet Program Developer, and Project Designer.

    A highly respected expert on the Precision sales team, Don’s deep product and design knowledge enables him to manage incredibly complex projects.

    Don enjoys tinkering in mechanics and vehicles, spending time with his kids, and is on his boat every chance he gets.

  • Dan brings over 10 years of experience in the cabinetry industry with a focus on design-build solutions. He enjoys creating spaces that work beautifully for his clients and values a collaborative, straightforward process.

    Outside of work, Dan spends his time with family and friends and takes every chance he can to get outdoors golfing, camping, or hiking.

  • John joined Precision Cabinets in 2021 as a Design Engineer and was promoted to a Sales Executive in 2022.

    He brings a diverse sales and account management background to the team, and has always been focused on his relationship with clients to provide outstanding service. John will guide you through the design process and be with you every step of the way to ensure you are completely satisfied with the decisions you make for your project.

    In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with family & friends as well as playing golf.

  • Corinne has over 15 years of experience in home design and is passionate about helping clients bring their vision to life. She enjoys collaborating with homeowners and contractors to create a seamless, enjoyable experience from start to finish.

    Outside of work, Corinne enjoys spending time with family, her dog, Remi, and plays a big role in coaching her daughters cheer team.
